I can't find the error anywhere

I am not a programming expert, but I own an ESP32S3 Cam and an ESP32 DevKitV1. I am using them to control a toy car with this code: "https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing". This includes both HTML and CSS.

Strangely, the code works perfectly fine on the ESP32 Cam, but when I upload it to the ESP32 DevKitV1, the upload process doesn't report any errors. However, when I try to use the DevKitV1, it doesn't emit a Wi-Fi signal, even after multiple restarts. I've asked a few friends, and they all confirm that the code should work on the ESP32 DevKitV1 as well. I'm really stuck here and would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you very much!

Does the other devkit report any errors during runtime via uart? If so, can you share the log output? If not, can you try to flash different Arduino or ESP-IDF examples to see if the WiFi is working?
