USB debug log: how to disable?

Hi, I'am usign ESP-IDF 5 on ESP32-S3.

Using its USB for read a pen-drive, when it is connected I got this extra output on uart console:

bDeviceSubClass 0x0
...

How can I disable it?
General Log level is set to Info (ESP_LOGI).

These are not part of ESP_LOGx, its just printf in code.
Just remove this line
