Questions about wifi tx power

Hi,
Some questions about wifi tx powr:

1.
In the datasheet [1], table 18 only mentions TX powr for 11n and 11b mode.
What is the TX power (Min/Typ/Max) for 11g mode?

2.
The sdkconfig has below default setting:
CONFIG_ESP_PHY_MAX_WIFI_TX_POWER=20
CONFIG_ESP_PHY_MAX_TX_POWER=20
So the 20 dBm is greater than the Max value for 802.11n (Max 14 says by dathasheet) ?
(I'm confused because the esp_wifi_get_max_tx_power() shows the power is grater than Max value mentioned in datasheet.)

3.
I suppose by setting the country code, the device will automatically set proper Max tx power.
But in my test, changing country code seems does not change max tx power.
esp_wifi_get_max_tx_power() always return 78, i.e. 19.5 dBM.
Is this correct behavior?
