Guru meditation add-in for Arduino IDE

Last year, when I was programming my ESP32 (Adafruit HUZZAH32) I had a tool that I could add into the Arduino IDE. I could copy the text of a Guru Meditation error from the Serial Monitor, select the tool to decode it, paste it into the window, and I was put into the file that caused the problem at the place the problem occurred. I now have a new machine, and I went looking for this tool to add to Arduino IDE 1.8.10, and I cannot find it anywhere. Where can it be found. I've spent an hour trying to come up with clever searches, but cannot get a hit that is useful.
