ESP32C3 custom PCB USB/JTAG boot issue

UPDATE:

When setting the "Component config → Log output default verbosity" parameter to "No output" value, everything works fine.

I don't know what is the behavior when "LOG_DEFAULT_LEVEL_NONE" is set but :
is it possible that in the case where console output is selected to USB/JTAG, the logging setup (is it a logging task ?) waits for a USB connection to start and get reset by the RTC watchdog when not found ?
