need help!! tensorflow lite build issue with platformio or vs code or eclipse

i tried lots of videos for build tflite examples like hello world or micro speach etc. but it is really difficult to use it because there is no practical way to download and set up tflite properly. i dont wanna use arduino ide or arduino codes. but there isnt any current guide to follow it. for example i wanna use eclipse with tflite. what should i do. are there any one who is experienced and wanna guide how to run tflite examples on eclipse or platformio or vs code but not in arduino. thanks a lot for anyone who readed gave his or her time
