SPI: Recieve a "continous" stream of data

Hi,
I'm using the ESP WROOM-32 to communicate with an MCP3564 ADC and achieve the best sample rate possible. In the datasheet, they say "the MCP is able to stream output data continuously with no additional command if the communication is not stopped with a CS rising edge". Is it possible to achieve what I pretend?
