ESP32 and ethernet controller DM9051 stop working

I made a board to verify the functionality of Esp32 Wroom 32D and the demo board of DM9051 the classic examples work correctly but I find a complicated problem to verify when I push the data exchange becomes voluminous and intense.

using the iperf example launched for 600 seconds there is an interruption in operation of the ethernet section after a short time not recoverable only with a reset the system can be recovered the system does not generate any warning or error in the console I cannot have a debug of the driver or the network layer that allows me to understand what happens

it appears to be an untracked error from the spi driver or network layer not tracked

As I read this; it does not work at volume on your board. I did not hear you say that it works at volume on an EVB.
Plz clarify. A simple trueth table would help.
When I read 'custom' its a fair bet to ask OP to post the 'custom' code or schematics. Post your schematics.
