Good morning everybody i am looking for help.
I have esp32 + MCP 23017 IO connected to 8 + 8 relays modules 5 v. After few hours i lose relays.
I am powering everything with a 5 v 10 amp supply. Esp32 powered on the usb plug or from vcc and gnd pins do not make any difference because in both options I lose relays. When I lose relays, IO led is on.

What do you mean by lose relays? Do you see smoke or just its state is not kept?

Do you have some MOSFETs or any kind of drivers, such as ULN2803, between MCP23017 and the relays ?
Because MCP23017 output can't provide enough current (max 25mA) to drive relay's coils directly ...
