All my ESP32 environments suddenly stopped working

Suddenly I can't get a simple Blink program to work with Command line tool, VisualGDB, or Arduino IDE. The program compiles, and uploads to the board. But the LED doesn't blink. Yesterday it worked just fine. I can program an Arduino UNO fine. I thought that maybe the onboard LED went bad, so I tried another LED, still doesn't work. It's the strangest thing. Should I uninstall the ESP-IDF tool chain? I have a couple different ESP-IDF installations installed. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
