ESP-WROOM-32 AT commands firmware

Postby wind_energy » Fri Feb 03, 2017 11:11 pm

hi,
I got the a ESP-WROOM-32 in hope to easy use AT commands to connect our router.
As soon as I got it i`ve checked that I need to put another firmware with AT commands service.
I don`t have now any environment to compile source.
I tryied to download bin file from here: https://github.com/espressif/esp32-at.
Unfortunatelly this link doesn`t work:
You can get AT bin from http://espressif.com/zh-hans/support/do ... d%5B%5D=13

Many thanks for any help.
Best regards,
Pawel

Moved to General Discussion, this does not belong in News. What is your question exactly?

Ah, missed the bit where the link doesn't work. I'll see if I can poke whoever is responsible.

Fyi: the AT binary isn't available yet because it isn't production-ready. The current AT firmware is compiled with a non-production version of ESP-IDF; apart from that there's also a bug related to AT+RESTORE that we need to fix. We'll edit the git repo to kill the non-working download link for now; expect a binary somewhere after we release ESP-IDF 2.0.

hi,
The bin file is already done. I`ve gotten it from my supplier of esp modules. Check attachments. Change file name ESP32_ATcommand.bin.rar -> ESP32_ATcommand.bin. enjoy.

Keep in mind that that is a preliminary version of the binary. We may or may not support bugs in this until the official version comes out.
