Hi,
Could someone point me to an esp32 development board with a connector for an external wifi antenna?
I'm working on a project to replace the brains of a device that is enclosed in a steel box.
So I'm guessing the wifi performance is going to be bad if I just stick a dev board with the usual snake PCB trace antenna inside the box.
Thanks!

Re: esp32 developement board with external wifi antenna connection
Thanks for the links which did not work for me.
But, I am familiar with Mouser, so was able to discern that they referred to:
https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Es ... DvQw%3D%3D
And, this leads to my original post.
The image shows an antenna connector, but the datasheet does not and makes no mention of a connector (or antenna for that matter).
In that listing, it specifically says: "Images are for reference only".
The image can be found in many listings, in some the listing references LORA, some Bluetooth. But none mention WiFi antenna other than the PCB snake. (and thus no mention of a connector, no mention of what connector it is)
Hence my confusion.

Sorry for bad links, updated. The key is in the descriptions
ESP32-WROVER-IB on the board (I stands for IPEX)
ESP32-WROOM-32U on the board (U stands for U.FL)

Ok, I see.
But, Digikey offers no boards with those (or maybe I don't know the right words to put in the search...) and I the only boards I see with the connectors on Amazon are camera boards.
I was hoping to avoid using the bare SMD module.

I have used the non-antenna boards from this vendor.
He is also good to work with if you need custom boards.

On Digikey or Mouser or anywhere else you can search for the devkits part numbers provided in earlier responses, ESP32-DEVKITC-32U or ESP32-DevKitC-VIB. These are not bare modules but devkits with USB and U-FL or IPEX antenna connectors
