Use RMII in ESP32-WROOM-32U

Hello,

I am using RMII mode in ESP32-WROOM-32U using KSZ8041RNL.
According to KSZ8041RNL datasheet, it will give 50MHz clock output which will given to MAC (ESP32-WROOM-32U).
So here how i will connect to MAC (Pin#)?

What is the value of Pull up resistor on GPIO0 using as EMAC_TX_CLK.

Have you any reference schematic?
