ESP32 WROOM 32D does send serial data

Hi, my esp32 just stopped working. I tried using different usb cables and different ports to connect to the esp32 but on all port it says no serial data recieved. Now i am using an external usb to ttl cp2102 connector but using it is saying the same. I want to know whether my esp32 can still work or not.
