Sending of text data through BLE Mesh Network

Is it possible to send text from device A to device B that is connected to a BLE mesh network?
All of this would be relying on BLE and nodes to transfer the data, no wifi or cellular used.

The text would be something like this:

Name: (type of injury), (number of companions), (# of elderly) and it would also display their location on a map
