As there are now some different ways to get ESP32-P4 based devkit I'd like to ask if there is already a roadmap when we can expect a (preliminary) Datasheet and Technical Reference.
While I was trying to compile our ESP32-S3 based code for the P4 I got quite some errors. I am fully aware that is because we have done some very low level things to solve our somewhat uncommon issues. I might be able to fix these things with the help of what could be find in the header files. But having some additional documentation might ease this task.

Re: ESP32-P4 documentation
Seconding this request. I know there is a very early datasheet from July available online (v0.1), but it's clearly a draft, and there is no TRM available AFAIK. Knowing at least a preliminary timeframe for when either of these documents would be available would certainly be nice.
Re: ESP32-P4 documentation
(semi?) official TRM is available, I got mine from here https://cdp-doc.espressif.com/sites/def ... ual_en.pdf
Re: ESP32-P4 documentation
Thank you very much for the link. It is very useful to understand the changes from the S3 to the P4. Although already seen some very welcomed surprises.JohnnyZ wrote: ↑Wed Dec 25, 2024 5:34 pm(semi?) official TRM is available, I got mine from here https://cdp-doc.espressif.com/sites/def ... ual_en.pdf
Looking forward to update versions that contain more of the missing parts as some might be very useful to what we are want to do.
As it is not on the official document server yet I assume anything in it needs to be still taken with a grain of salt. But Together with the code from the idf it is a big help for sure.

This site is down for weeks. But the manual itself has been mirrored at https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://c ... ual_en.pdf
