I added capacitors, as you said. I guess this is for voltage stability purposes.

Can you confirm my schematic seems correct ?

Not that way. For the AMS1117 parallel both caps and place one end of both caps to pin3, and the other to gnd.
Then do the same on pin 2 with the other 2 caps.
For the CH340 pin 16 you have the 4.7uf wired ok, just place the 0.1uf cap parallel with it.

This is the idea.

I think I understood what you mean. Here is my newly updated schematic. Do you see any failure ?

You got it. If you still have troubles I would try changing out the 4.7uf on the EN RC network to something like a 0.1uf.
