ESP32 C3 Disconnected on Boot/Download Mode

Im using ESP32 C3 Super Mini, I cant detect the device on my com/port even though the usb-c can data transer. i have already downloaded cp210x driver but its still not recognized. When the device is on reset. The pc recognised it as USB on COM3 but later on at boot mode its getting disconnected.
