Automatic Bootloader doesn't work mine

Hello I have a board and it used nina w106
In the board esp-prog 6pin and usb-c on there
I made a board can automatic bootloader and
It doesn't work in my notebook(thingpad)
I'm update use both plugs
Data upload usb-c and esp-prog's push boot button

But another notebook(hp) no need esp-prog
Just connected usb-c and it work

I don't know why this happened
I erase cp210x driver and reinstalled but it not work

Serial read and write both work by usb-c
And data upload using usb-c
Just automatic bootloader can't
How can I do next?
