ESP32S3 PICO N2R8 Hardware problem

I designed a PCB using ESP32S3 PICO N2R8. I am using UART and a serial port for programming and debug.
I use PICO because it does not require external flash to boot. It is more compact.
However, I failed to detect the MCU. when it is connected to computer, it cannot be detected neither by the Arduino and ESP IDF
Can anyone did the development on PICO MCU? Can you give me some tips?
