Does anyone know the recommended cell or circuitry for an RTC use case?

I want to use the RTC function on an ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 module but am unsure about the recommended cell or circuitry suggested by Espressif.

If anyone has experience with this, please help me find a solution.

There is none: the RTC does not support running off a separate battery.

Would I need to use an external RTC IC and configure it with I2C on an ESP32-S3? If so, what RTC IC and circuit would you recommend?
