Introducing the Significant Documentation Feedback (SDF) Program

Postby ESP_Lvxinyue » Mon May 20, 2024 2:18 am

Dear Espressif Community,

We're happy to introduce the Significant Documentation Feedback (SDF) program, designed to recognize people who provide invaluable feedback leading to substantial improvements in our documentation. The program is effective from Q2 2024.

Eligibility: The SDF program is open to all customers, partners, and community members who submit feedback through our Documentation Feedback form and leave their contact information.

Feedback Criteria: Feedback is assessed based on its tangible impact on documentation improvement. This encompasses identifying critical issues, proposing innovative solutions, sharing valuable additional information, offering constructive criticism with actionable recommendations, actively engaging with our documentation, and submitting improvements using pull requests, etc.

SDF Award: Each quarter, the Documentation team will review feedback submissions and select one outstanding contributor. Winners will receive a free development board of their choice from our range of Espressif development kits plus surprising gifts!

Thank you for your invaluable feedback and collaboration in helping us continually enhance our documentation.

The usefulness of an electronic component is defined by the precision and comprehensiveness of its documentation, so any improvement in that direction provides a faster path to the throne.

Cheers in that name.
