Esp8266 motor

I have a esp connected to 3.7 v how to I connect a 5v relay / motor directly to the output pin , I want to drive a small motor that’s just 6 volts but as the amps is less for output 20ma but my motor is 25 - 30 Ma and I don’t want to add bulk as it’s a very small setup
Any small single mosfet I can use to trigger it ?
Or in short how to drive a 5v relay directly from a pin
