ESP32 bluetooth ble_hid_device_demo work on linux, but don't work on windows

I downloaded the github repository, built `ble_hid_device_demo` and flashed it to my chip. It works fine when connected to linux computer, but don't work when connected windows. I can receive data on linux but not on windows.
