synchronization rainmaker arduino

I need help.

Is there a synchronization command on the Rainmaker Arduino? For example, I have turned off a relay and want to see it as turned off in the program as well. The problem is that if the Arduino shuts down, the information does not synchronize with the Arduino after turn on. The Arduino should read that the relay is off and synchronize it to display it in the program. How can I do this? I couldn't find anything similar to this in the documentation.
