The serial TX path seems to be down.

I'm using ESP32-S3-WROOM1 in a custom board, when I uploaded the first time everything gone perfect.
But trying upload again the project received a fatal error:

I already double check the jumpers from ESP-PROG to custom board with esp.

Could anyone help me

I have notice that my translator to 5V is causing thaht issue, but I don't know why???

My voltage translator was danified and causing this trouble, I just change for new one, then everything works.
