Bluetooth does not work on 4 ESP32 with tested software.

Hello,
I have 4 ESP32 Devkit V1 boards here. The board is equipped with a CH9102x chip.

All 4 pieces do not work with Bluetooth. I use a program that works on other ESP32 with CH340C and CP2101 chips.

Since the USB converters have nothing to do with the Bluetooth, I would like to know why the Bluetooth does not work with them.
The chip revision is 2.

The advertising is very slow and the connection fails. Even with other test software for the phone/mobile.

What can I do to change this? Anything in menuconfig?

I have to correct: Chip Version: ESP32-D0WD-V3.
