Only one touch pin (T6) not working...........

I have loaded touch example “touch_pad_read” on two PCBs with ESP32-WROOM32-UE module.‎
On one PCB everything is OK, but on second PCB touch PAD 6 (PIN 14, T6) is reading 0‎ all the time. ‎? I ‎checked if PIN 14 is connected to ground plane mistakenly, but found out this is not the case. ‎Any guess ‎what could be the problem on second PCB? Is it possible that only one touch pin of module is not ‎working, or is it some configuration problem etc? ‎
I am using ESP-IDF V4.4.2.‎
