In your Soil Moisture Sensor Tutorial you recommend using a Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor Module.
This I agree with, the resistive probes eventually fail due to corrosion.
However, a large number of these sensors don't work correctly.
The guy on this link details 3 common problems they have, and gives a simple fix for the missing resistor connection.
Hopefully this information will save users hours of frustration.
