ESP32-S3-Box-3 Battery Not Working

When I placed a fully charged battery into the Box-3 Dock it does not power the device.
The Sensors in the dock all appear to work when it is plugged into the USB Port however the battery does not seem to power up the sensors or the device and the battery level indicates 0 in home assistant

Is the battery you're using an 18650 rechargeable battery? Have you tried replacing it with another battery to rule out any battery-related issues?

Sorry I did not see the reply. Yes I am using 18650 rechargeable battery and I have tried two different batteries that I charged externally but still the unit does not power up. If I plug the usb into the battery base it powers up the unit but not with a battery.
I rally bought the unit as where I want to use it I need to use the battery.
