ESP Launchpad MAC vs Windows issues ESP S3 BOX

Hello all, I was trying to upload a ChatGPT example, but it always shows the same message. I'm using an ESP Launchpad and a Mac OS.

Another problem arises when I connect the ESP Box to the USB port of another laptop with Windows; the ESP Box does not appear in the list of COM ports, only as an Android device. I have tried pushing the buttons in various ways, but without any success.

Is the development board in your hand ESP32-S3-BOX or ESP32-S3-BOX-Lite or ESP32-S3-BOX-3? You need to make sure that the firmware you are flashing corresponds to your development board.

For ESP Box does not appear in the list of COM ports. Please hold down the Boot button and then press the Reset button to manually initiate Firmware Download mode.
