Binary build 2.4 for C3?

Greetings,

This page:

https://github.com/espressif/esp-at/rel ... ESP32C3-AT

advertises a release of 2.4 for C3, but the binaries there are for the ESP, not th3 C3. Are there binaries for C3 as well?
