Hi, I read in the forum to email esp-rainmaker-admin@espressif.com about device quotas. Is it the correct procedure because I have not heard back after a few days?
I have been testing some use cases and really like the Rainmaker functionality and framework, however I didn't know about the quota (5 devices?) until I hit it and I'm stuck without the ability to delete my old use cases where I was learning about the different device types.
I also do not seem to be able to re-flash any of my ESP32's that were previously connected to Rainmaker with new code, the claiming always fails with the error "User does not have available quota. Please contact Administrator".
Help! I want to develop more. How can I either (a) delete my disconnected devices or (b) increase my quota?

Sorry for the delay in response. As you may have seen, your quota has been increased.
