After multiple compilations this errors go away and do not return until I exit the IDE. The paths are set both in the system and in the IDE. How to solve this problem?

Hello,
Please update to the latest IDE version 3.0.0, which uses an LSP-based C/C++ editor and should resolve these issues with the headers and indexer.
