Unresolved Inclusion in ESP IDE 2.12

Hi Espressif,

This issue is back in ESP IDE 2.12
First time when the project is built , there wouldn't be unresolved inclusion . But, when you close and open again the issue is back.

and below plugin was suggested but it did not help

Changing to the next version of IDE is not an option for us currently and it would be very helpful if we can get a fix for this
