the source code of esp-adp-libs is not available, and it's really a big pain when trying to understand or debug a project using these (typically a codec), not to mention the idea of an "open source" platform that is actually not open source

Is this something that may happen? or do we need to just not use ADF at all (because this IS a show stopper...)
