Using ESP8266 with mobile app, AppStore submit problem

Hi

I wrote a free app to control my garage door and the light inside the garage using ESP8266, i also wrote the necessary code for the ESP module.

The problem is, Apple wants a document from me proving that i can use ESP8266 in my project without any legal problem.

Is there any licence document by Espressif saying that ESP8266 or similar Espressif products can be used by mobile apps without any legal problems ?

This is something really new that I am hearing. Where can we get such NOC certificates from. I hope ESP authority will give a guidline.
