What ESP32 version inside an ESP32-WROOM-32U-N4 module?

If we will order Espressif ESP32-WROOM-32U-N4 (link below) modules. Will we always get inside a ESP32-D0WDQ6 (revision v1.0) or can it also have a ESP32-D0WD-V3?
