E (4554) httpd: httpd_server_init: error in bind (112)

Hello,
I downloaded the program
https://github.com/dproldan/Esp32AutoCamera
Everything worked perfectly
I changed the powerbank and since then I have :

Starting web server on port: '80'
E (4554) httpd: httpd_server_init: error in bind (112)
 
at startup and if I try a connection to the server the ESP reboots indefinitely as long as the client tries to connect.

Help please
