Eclipse build console and command shell console

Hi All,

I am trying to setup a convenient eclipse (oxygen) environment for esp2 development, but I got stuck with the consoles.
I defined a command shell console with the serial port and I can connect to my devkit with that window.
But this console and the build console cannot be connected to the devkit at the same time, I have to manually disconnect the shell before a build/flash and after flashing I have to connect it again to see devkit's output.
In Arduino ide there is no such problem, the main program window and the serial monitor can be open at the same time.
Is there a workaround for this situation?
