The BLE connection between two ESP32 boards is lost beyond 10 cm.

Hello,

I have an issue when sending data via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) between two ESP32C3 boards.
The problem is that the first board correctly detects the second one as long as they are close to each other, but as soon as they are about 10 cm apart, the connection is lost.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this issue or how to fix it?
