esp 32 matter controller example code attribute value is not update

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with the ESP Matter controller example code where the attribute value isn't changing despite using commands like 'matter esp controller invoke-cmd' and 'matter esp controller write-attr'. Can anyone provide assistance in overcoming this situation?

When using the ESP Matter controller example code, I've noticed that sending the command 'matter esp controller invoke-cmd 2 1 6 0 "{"0:BOOL":true/flase}"' doesn't result in any change in the attribute values. Upon inspection, the attribute value remains unchanged. Additionally, trying to modify other attributes within Cluster 6, specifically attribute ID 0x4000 Series, isn't supported. The device side response remains the same whether the value is set to true or false:

'esp_matter_attribute: ********** R : Endpoint 0x0001's Cluster 0x00000006's Attribute 0x00000000 is 0 **********'
