FCC test with reflash able secure boot and flash encryption on

Need help if someone had flashed and run the FCC RF test and the Wifi adaptivity test on the device with secure boot and flash encryption on, i was able to run the RF test by generating reflashable digest using the bootloder key and encrypting with my flash encryption key, but somehow i am not able to use the same process on the wifi adaptivity test binaries.Thanks.
