AT firmware V2.4.2 resets itself

Postby BrunoPaillard » Mon Sep 19, 2022 9:12 pm

In some conditions, the AT firmware V2.4.2 seems to reset itself. The spontaneous reset occurs in the following conditions:
- The module is started by releasing EN
- Connection to the router is done in b or g mode (n mode is disabled)
- A TCP link with a server is established and packets are exchanged
- RSSI is good (around -50 dBm), but the module seems to have difficulty receiving some packets (the server needs to resend packets often). This seems to be due to its orientation and location (changing orientation sometimes improves reception dramatically)
- In those conditions closing the TCP only open socket 0 (AT+CIPCLOSE=0) results in the module sending the message "WIFI DISCONNECT" (instead of "0,CLOSED") exactly 8 seconds after the CIPCLOSE command, then RESETTING ITSELF (message "ready") exactly 1 second afterwards.
