wrong uart flash answer from ESP32

Hallo the ESP32 is the first microcontroller I've disigned a board, but the flash dosen't work.
I use the Arduino IDE and it works with the devboard.

For my board I've used the same circuit for the flash like the devboard (same pins, same transistor type for T1 and T2, same usb to uart bridge https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B071XV ... UTF8&psc=1 ).

Devboard circuit:

Because that the flash don't work I analysed the communication data stream. For this I connected the EN, IO0 and RXD0 parallel from the ESP32 by the devboard to the ESP32 on my board and I have seen that the answer on TXD0 isn't right.

At first the bits are exactly the same but when the devboard ESP finishes its package the ESP on my board sends furthermore.

For me it's clearly that I have a hardware problem but I don't know where. Have I forgotten to connect a pin or have I connected a pin which is not allowed?

(only the ESP)

(pin 32 is not connected)

Thank you very much!

It probably will not help, but try connecting pin 32.
