Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header

Hey there,
Trying to run CameraWebServer on esp32 cam followed by this guide - https://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp32-c ... duino-ide/
This is the schema diagram:
There's a connection error when i'm uploading the Arduino code (Mac) to the esp32 cam (board +port defined as well + board is on uploading mode GPIO 0 -> GND + pushing on device reset button)
Can't understand what is wrong, wonder if anyone had experience with it and have any ideas.
