Touch debounce for esp32

Hello everyone,
I want some help I am able to use the touch peripherals of the esp32. Now I want to turn on and off the led when I touch. Is this possible if yes please guide me

I am using Arduino IDE 1.8.9
ESP32 Dev module

What have you tried? Where have you searched using google: "esp32 touch sensor".

Do you need to be spoon-fed?

AFAIK, using a "Quantum Sponge" solid state switch will remove the need to "debounce". Try UK FWG Ltd and ask Rob (Murray-Smith) if they can provide you with some of this material. You can cut it to any shape with a pair of scissors. The sponge is both a variable resistor and a full on-off switch.

FWG Ltd also produce conductive inks and conductive adhesives so you can not only produce flexible and printable circuits but you can connect to the quantum sponge and a range of printable components currently under development without the need to solder!
