ESP32-S3 Arduino: BLE-Midi not working with 3.0.0.alpha 3

Hi,
I try to create a BLE-Midi to USB-Midi converter with a ESP32-S3. I get BLE-Midi running with esp32 Arduino 2.0.11 but not USB-Midi. USB-Midi works with esp32 Arduino 3.0.0.alpha3 but then all BLE-Midi examples crash. According to the EspExceptionDecoder it is something in SPI_Flash...
