ESP32 WROOM error when flashing

I tried to flash ESP32 WROOM using flash_download_tool_3.9.3 and CP2102 and got problems. The conection is open via COM3 but flashing impossible. I got errors like on the screenshot, The configuration also attached.
Is this a bug, or I'm doing something wrong?
