Wifi Timeout or long pinging

Hi,
We are the manufacturer of Security product. we have used ESP-32 wroom-32 from last 2 years. we have trouble due to WiFi timeout or pinging for long time i.e up to 300-500ms .we have found this issue in recently purchase 1100pcs ESP-32 wroom-32. previous lot was part number of ESPwoom-32 above issue was found in that lot.
please help to resolve the issue.
